Adrian Hosford - Chairman Most recently Adrian was Director, Corporate Social Responsibility at BT where he led a team of 25 people focused on ensuring the company had as positive an impact on society as possible. In his previous role at BT as Director, Customer Communications, he masterminded high profile advertising such as the Maureen Lipman ‘Beattie’ and Bob Hoskins ‘It’s good to talk’ campaigns. Adrian is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and from the Advanced Management Programme at the Harvard Business School. He is married with three grown children and lives with his wife Hilary in a converted barn in the Weald of Kent.
Jon Cousins - Chief Executive Officer Jon is a creative entrepreneur who has started and run businesses over the past twenty years. He closed his successful London advertising agency on his 40th birthday to travel the world seeking inspiration for future enterprises. These have included a business which put the fun into learning for children, and online dating services using a compatibility test devised with psychologist Dr Glenn Wilson, which resulted in the two publishing research in scientific journals, as well as writing a popular book. Jon is single, lives in Cambridgeshire and also spends time in San Diego, California.
Caroline Ashcroft - Director Caroline spent ten years managing advertising campaigns at BT before leaving to work with Jon Cousins in his ad agency, and then in partnership with him in the series of online businesses they have started since 1998. Her people skills and project management experience provide Moodscope with a firm footing and it is her support for Jon which gives him the space to develop their many ideas. Caroline is married with two young sons and lives with her husband Rodger in a Cambridgeshire village.
